From craft cocktail bars to luxury hotel outlets to Forbes Five Star dining rooms, the common thread has always been building programs with genuine intention, then building the teams and systems to sustain them.
As Director of Beverage for MINA Group, I led the full beverage strategy across 30 high-end restaurants nationwide, opened 24 new locations, managed national-scale purchasing, secured major brand partnerships through structured RFP processes, and built the leadership infrastructure that defined service standards across the entire portfolio.
Through Liquid Vacation, that same operational rigor now works for a wider range of clients, from boutique hotels to independent chef-driven concepts. Recent projects include Hotel El Roblar in Ojai, Broken Spanish Comedor in Los Angeles, CBD Provisions at The Joule Hotel in Dallas, and The Huntington Hotel with Big Four and Arabella's Bar in San Francisco.
